Alex Leonidas has dedicated his life to transforming the lives of natural lifters all over the world. He gained much popularity through his AlphaDestiny YouTube channel which has gathered over 330,000 subscribers and +80 million views.

Over the years he has presented several videos on full body workouts, concurrent periodization, yoke training, special exercises, health, and lifestyle improvement. In 2016, he released the Naturally Enhanced system which permanently impacted natural strength training & muscle building.

Alex currently lives in Montreal, Canada where he consistently strives to educate and inspire the fitness community. His ultimate objective is to help drug-free recreational lifters reach their true potential while conquering their physique and life goals.
